Tony built a successful career in creative, digital design and product strategy, honing his expertise in experience design (UX). In his current role at EY since December 2021, he leads dynamic creative and product design teams at a national telecommunications company, and their efforts have garnered over 30+ user experience awards. In this managerial capacity, he oversees 5 multi-disciplinary design directors and 30 contributors on 10 workstreams across the digital journey. Collaboration is at the heart of his approach, aiming to deliver impactful design solutions that exceed expectations by empowering his teams to use data to drive decisions towards set KPIs.

Before joining EY, Tony served as the Senior Director of UX at PPL Corporation, where he not only initiated but also expanded their design practice, growing the team to over 20 members in less than 1 year. Through a collaborative approach with executive stakeholders, they achieved a seamless fusion of creativity and functionality, crafting the employee experience tools for the people that power our lives. They also created a JD Power award-winning customer experience website and account portal.

Prior to PPL Corporation, at QVC, he directed design strategies aligned with company goals, introducing a global hub-and-spoke model for experience design pods and crafting mobile applications, streaming apps, and global design system from the ground up.

His career extends through various roles, including Director of Product Design at EY (2010-2018), contributing to the establishment of design studios across the Americas.

In his tenure as Director UX Design at Electronic Ink (2007-2010), he led top accounts, showcasing strategic design direction.

As a Senior UX Designer at Comcast (2005-2007), he played a pivotal role in shaping key elements of user experience design for their second-generation interactive program guide and was the design lead for DVR and Video OnDemand.

The beginning of his career he was an Industrial Designer at LaFrance Corp (2002-2005), where he designed plastic and metal hardware goods for Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout Tony’s career, he demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking, product vision, road mapping, customer research, cross-functional team leadership, user experience, creative, and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Business insights, servant leadership, creative ideation, user experience and agility are integral aspects of his skill set.
