Design
Leadership

Tony leads, mentors, and manages design teams and agencies within organizations, guiding them to create innovative and user-centered solutions aligned with business goals. He's accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and direction for design, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additionally, Tony helps optimize operational models to maximize value for both his teams and the business.

Product and
Design Strategy

Working closely with stakeholders, peers, and departments, Tony employs futures thinking, design thinking and product thinking methodologies to develop product and design visions. He collaborates with teams to break down these visions into manageable parts, ensuring alignment around a minimum viable product (MVP). This process culminates in a strategic plan, providing a roadmap for teams to follow. Tony also collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), setting actionable and attainable goals for success.

Creativity
and Usability

With over 20 years of experience as a professional designer, Tony continues to hone his craft. He mentors professionals, crafting a culture that emphasizes human-centered discovery, innovation, and intuitive experiences. Tony evaluates designs through questioning, encouraging thought, incorporating outside perspectives, and occasionally playing devil’s advocate to stimulate deeper discussions. These conversations spark new ideas, passions, and progress.

“My most successful experiences are shaped by balancing business and user needs, while prioritizing those needs in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives.”
